“Are you ready?” she yelled as she sprinted towards him in high heels, grasping up her dress in both hands.
“SO ready!” he yelled in reply. And when she reached him and he turned to see his bride, his face lit up with awe and admiration. He spun her around then held her close, and while he continued to admire every bit of his sweet Stephanie, she closed her eyes and savored the moment. She lives life at a full sprint, doing nothing small…she lives a life of big laughs and big tears, and when sprints to him he slows and steadies her. She collapses into his arms and he takes it all in…loving, appreciating and supporting.
Their wedding day was nothing short of beautiful insanity…from pouring rain to missing veils and breathtaking sunsets. Alas on Thursday September 2, 2010 Stephanie and Nathan were wed in a beautiful state park outside Kansas city. They said I do in a picturesque lodge overlooking a lake, then ran off into the night in a shower of sparkly bubbles.
Nathan and Stephanie, It was such a joy to share your wedding day with you. So many stories and sooo many pictures…it was a day I know we won’t soon forget. Nathan, welcome to the family…we are so excited to have you! Steph, you were a stunning bride and I’m so happy for you two! Congratulations!
And without further ado, the gorgeous bridal heels!
sisters dressing the bride!I love it when couples decide to do a first look! It makes for the most beautiful, relaxed, sweet pictures of the couple on the wedding day. It allows them to spend a few quiet moments enjoying one another without the world watching, and then take their time with their portraits! The results look something like this:
Nathan awaits his bride…
