I mentioned in the first studio post that I share the space with a few incredibly artistic businesswomen, and today I’m featuring the lovely ladies of Sweet Root Village!
It’s the kind of friendship that you know was meant to be. From the day we met, somehow we knew we were meant to be friends. (And maybe even share a studio.) Which is why it seemed so natural to sign a lease with them just a few months later.
Lauren and Rachel own and operate an amazing and unique company. As two heartfelt artists, they are both insanely multi-talented. Sweet Root Village operates three services (I can hardly wrap my head around that); Floral Design, Wedding Photography and Wedding Day Co-ordination. Their commitment to their work, and the beautiful outcome continues to astound and challenge me as a fellow creative.
I can’t begin to say what a sweet blessing it has been to share life, and business with these two. (Not to mention that I’m getting quite spoiled by the abundance of sweet-smelling, beautifully design floral arrangements that appear in the studio on a day to day basis!)
