Wedding: Tim and Marguerite {Lexington, Ky Wedding Photographer}

Light filtered through the high windows of Spindletop Hall and down into the vast foyer where bridal party and family rushed about making sure everything was perfect for the big event.  The heavy summer air wafted in as the front door swung back and forth, allowing the cool drift onto the grand front porch.  The big red trolley (complete with polished wood seats and golden support bars inside, whisked the groom and groomsmen away to the tiny stone church just a mile down the road to wait for the bride.

Just a few minutes later, she waltzed down the aisle of the quaint Mt Horeb Presbyterian Church and said “I do” to her teary eyed groom.  The perfect day ended with a spectacular meal in the ballroom and the best concert/dance party you can imagine in the Harry-Potter-like library at Spindletop.  All in all, the most perfect day for a perfect couple.

Tim and M, we love you two so much and we are so glad that we got to document your big day.  May your marriage be full of many days, full of joy, laughter and adventure.  We are so glad to have you two as friends!

-Susannah and Josue

  • Claudia - What a lovely keepsake! So beautiful! Simply, Wow! I have been to many weddings. But there was something just so special about Tim and Marguerite’s! An amazing, magical day!

  • Marguerite - Susannah and Josue: Thank you so much. These pictures are amazing. We are so blessed to have found you both as photographers and as friends! I showed Max the picture of his cake. He was so excited, he couldn’t stop napping! ;-)

  • Mike Duck - i like the photo of Sigsbee Duck on the microphone. I wish I could hear what he was saying!

  • Cindy Duck - Great wedding, great pictures!

  • Petra - I don’t know what it is about b/w photos, but they always give a scene a certain something, a special touch. I’d have a hard time deciding which pictures to frame.

  • Kate - Such beautiful wedding pictures! I love all the detail shots. My favorite shot was definitely the couple standing on the road with the split rail fence. So pretty! (Stopping by from The Art In Life’s giveaway!)
